As a Scottish (straight off the boat) REALTOR® in Virginia, I'm still proud of my birth country and my adopted country (Canada) where our son Grant was born.
However, our citizenship of America was a great day for us and the rewards and opportunities that the USA has given us are beyond our wildest dreams!
Attending a family wedding at Turnberry Golf resort in Ayrshire on a rare sunny Scottish day, my supermodel wife Alison shines while I wear my traditional battle dress!
If you need me to wear this at your home closing transaction, my fee is only $5,000 extra :) !
Aside from spotting me in the kilt, you might also spot my license plate as I travel the state and help my clients find the homes of their dreams. It's missing an O and an A, but there's quite a story about how I came by it. Ask me when we meet.

As a RENE certified negotiator, I always work with a goal of helping both sides complete the home sale and purchase process successfully and enjoyably.
Being full time and completing 30+ transactions per year keeps me on the field and and winning the game, ultimately resulting in this kind of feedback.
But there is so much in life to enjoy!
Whether it's summer or Thanksgiving, getting to enjoy a new home or a boat ride with family and friends or new clients is always wonderful.
